Kennedy Lewis Management LP (“Kennedy Lewis” or the “Firm”) was formed on September 15, 2017. The Firm’s headquarters are located in New York, New York. David Chene and Darren Richman have majority voting control of Kennedy Lewis. Mr. Chene and Mr. Richman are the Managing Partners of the Firm. Together Messrs. Richman and Chene manage the Firm with the assistance of their staff. Kennedy Lewis is the investment adviser to the Kennedy Lewis Capital Partners Master Fund LP, the master fund, its Delaware onshore feeders, and its Cayman Islands offshore feeder and intermediate funds (collectively, the “Funds”).
